Superior Home Inspections is a licensed NYS Home Inspection and Mold Assessment company located in Rochester NY. We specialize residential and commercial inspections and mold assessments, inspections, and testing in all properties.

I would like to take a moment of your time to introduce myself. My name is David Francis and I own the Home Inspector. The Home Inspector was created in 2020. It is a new business, but I am not new to the construction industry or owning a business.
As a thirty plus year licensed Plumbing and Licensed Heating contractor we have spent many hours building and repairing homes. David Francis Plumbing and Heating was closed in 2020 and we are looking forward to the next step in our career.
We realize that a home inspection is one especially important step to help a client to make a decision or a seller move on to the next step of their life. Our approach to a home inspection is simple. In 2006, NY State began licensing Home Inspectors, and put forth Standards of Practice (SOP) which dictated what home inspectors were to do when performing a home inspection. I was among the first inspectors licensed that year.
