The Home Inspector / Home Inspector in Norwich, New York

I would like to take a moment of your time to introduce myself. My name is David Francis and I own the Home Inspector. The Home Inspector was created in 2020. It is a new business, but I am not new to the construction industry or owning a business.
As a thirty plus year licensed Plumbing and Licensed Heating contractor we have spent many hours building and repairing homes. David Francis Plumbing and Heating was closed in 2020 and we are looking forward to the next step in our career.
We realize that a home inspection is one especially important step to help a client to make a decision or a seller move on to the next step of their life. Our approach to a home inspection is simple. It is our job to inspect a home and provide our client with a report in a timely manner. We will spend time with the client on location to help them understand the home before they are given a report.
What we will do:
• Respect the seller’s home
• Explain to our client any deficiencies we might have found in a way they can understand
• Provide a written report in a timely manner
• Make our self-available to answer future questions
