My name is Darrell Clegg, Certified Professional Home Inspector of Left Coast Inspections. Left Coast inspections was born from a love of buildings, a love of working with people, and many years of hands-on experience working on people's homes as a licensed general contractor. The transition to a home inspection business was a natural one, as many homeowners and property managers entrusted my expertise to pinpoint needed repairs for their properties to improve their home lives and increase their property values. I am not the typical home inspector with a clip board and little experience in the field. I draw on my experience to know what I am looking at, know the repairs, and have a deep understanding of what's going on in your home. I know what is going on, because I have been their, identified the issues, and repaired those issues in the past. In addition to this experience, I also have the following qualifications to ensure that you get the best home inspection possible:

Certified Professional Inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)

Certified through the Home Inspection Institute

Passed the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) test (a test that many home inspectors are not able to pass)... See More
