Raised in Reno-Sparks, David has worked and adventured throughout Northern Nevada, granting him knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities in the rural areas and urban centers.

He is a former licensed electrician with 15 years of experience in Residential, Commercial, and Multifamily units, in both new construction and existing structures. David holds OSHA 10 certification, SCATS Certification in Workplace Safety and Management. David also has experience with Hotel and Casino Maintenance. Additionally, David is experienced in Commercial Property Liability Inspection, and Builders Risk Inspection. His other certifications include Certified Energy Management through UNR, Safety Evaluation and Workplace Management through SCATS. David holds InterNACHI certifications for Home Inspections, Chimney, Deck, Mobile Homes, Electrical, Wildlife, Residential Fire Extinguishers and Thermography.
