He also is a alumni of the California Polytechnic University of Pomona (CalPoly) where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Urban & Regional Planning.

Mr. Saia is a Certified Professional Home Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI, Certified Indoor Air Consultant (IAC2) in both Mold and Radon, and is fully insured and bonded. He has conducted hundreds of home inspections and knows the items in the home that are most common problem areas.
