Hello, my name is David Cunningham, licensed home inspector with Buyers Protection Group.  I live in Hendricks County with my wife and our 11 year old daughter.  I have been in building maintenance and repair field for over 20 years.  I have real hands on experience in trouble shooting and maintaining, electrical systems, HVAC systems, roofing systems, structural, interior repair, mechanical systems, control systems, and much more.  I am not the kind of inspector who has spent years in other unrelated fields sitting behind a desk.  I am a craftsman, a mechanic, an electrician, a carpenter, a plumber and a proud father, and devoted husband. I am truly a "Jack of All Trades", and that is what you want and need in a home inspector. 
     I began my property inspection career in 2010.  I take the time to thoroughly explain, and make sure that you understand, any problems, or concerns I find with your newly purchased property.
