We use the latest technologies , including Digital Inspection Camera, microwave radiation leak detectors, AFCI and GFCI electrical equipment to test wiring throughout home, Methane and Co gas detectors, Moisture analyzers and humidity / temperature sensors - because moisture control is key to mold control. You receive a one page summary sheet the day of inspection,with problems seperated into three categories; safety, major and minor. Your inspection report provides you indepth information about the condition of your new home. Model and serial numbers of all major appliances are also included for future reference. Digital photo's also included to follow and help you understand your inspection report. Home Inspections is my full-time business.
