Adena Certified Inspections has been providing residential and light commercial property inspections since 2003. The inspector, Bryan Larson, has a mechanical engineering degree and is a registered professional engineer. Bryan enjoys having the client present during the inspection as the conditions, both positive and negative, and the operation of built in equipment can be discussed in detail.
The report, which is completed on the night of the inspection, contains detailed photos of the conditions found including recommendations for addressing these conditions. A wood destroying organism and wood rot report is included in the cost of the inspection.
