Buyers are strongly advised to schedule well ahead of their closing date, and sellers are advised to schedule before they put their property on the market so that if a defect exists, it can be fixed before hand. Additional inspections include radon, water well, and septic dye testing. Please allow at least 3-4 hours for the inspection as you will get two (2) written reports on site. Pictures are taken and will be emailed in a timely fashion. I get a lot of my inspections because I am thorough, and detailed in my approach to inspecting. I answer all questions honestly. I do not try to dazzle you with my knowledge.
