All of Your Inspection Needs Under ONE Roof.
Peace of Mind with ONE Call.
Although Home Inspections are the cornerstone of our business, we take the hassle out of calling numerous other inspectors, like termite inspectors, chimney inspectors, and radon inspectors. KiNG specializes in meeting ALL of your inspection needs with ONE call and with ONE appointment. You don't need to worry about making all of these phone calls and worrying if all of these inspectors are going to show up and if they are even good at what they are supposed to be good at. We do everything for you. Let us worry about all of the details. Keep your mind at ease and we will provide you with all of the information that you need about your new home.
We are famous for taking literally 100's of digital photos throughout our whole house inspections. For an average sized house of 2,000 square feet on a basement, KiNG inspectors will usually take between 150 and 200 digital photos documenting the condition of the house. If there are any major concerns uncovered during the inspection, a picture(s) will be added in the appropriate section of the report documenting the concern for your knowledge and so that there is no confusion from either side of the transaction. KiNG inspectors can also burn ALL of those photos for you free of charge on a CD for you at the completion of the inspection for your records. This is just ONE more added layer of protection for you that the "other guys" just don't take the time to do.
We want to get the information from all of the inspections that you ordered to you in a timely and efficient manner. There is so much available to us from a technology standpoint that we can get this information to you by you downloading reports from our web-site, by e-mail, or by FAX. If you elect to attend the inspection, we will provide your reports to you by electronic format - as we will burn the files on a CD for you to easily keep with your records.
All KiNG inspectors are certified through our sister company's comprehensive 3 week training university. Quarterly and annual continuing education courses are also required to maintain certification through either ASHI (the American Society of Home Inspectors) or NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors). These two organizations are the nations top two leading and respected Professional Organizations for Home Inspectors in which KiNG inspectors retain certification in either one or both.
