The home inspector provides a non-destructive and non-invasive inspection. Their purpose is to perform visual and audible on-site observations of the primary structure, mechanical, and electrical systems of the building. A personal opinion is presented as to whether or not these systems, or their components, are performing the function for which they were intended. After all information is collected, a detailed report will be supplied. Finally, the inspector will review the report with our clients.
