Preferred List / Home Inspector in Denver, Colorado

This is a Colorado web site that collects quality ratings of local companies and displays them by categories, like Home Inspection, from the highest rated to the lowest. Now what makes this site unique is that companies can not buy their way onto the list. Only members can add companies they have used. The database exists solely to gather unbiased opinions on services, or trades, from its members. Basically, this is the “ask your neighbor philosophy”. Each company will be rated by the member on a “Six Point Quality Review”, including price, timeliness, cleanliness, professionalism, responsiveness, and , of course, quality. As consumers we need more than names and phone numbers. Most of us get referrals from friends or family. Preferred List uses this concept of friendly referrals, but it is based upon the opinions of a whole community and available anytime you need it.
