Complete Site Inspection for MOLD, BIOAEROSOLS & MOISTURE INTRUSION

Exterior risk assessment of foundation, grading, venting, roof, chimney, siding, windows, decks, porches, gutters & downspouts

Inspection of all suspect interior spaces, systems, and furnishings

Diagnostic testing of the air for microorganisms to identify mold spores, fungal structures & pollens, quantified with comparison to outdoor and reference levels--air tests are conducted with primary standard calibrated pumps

Sampling of surfaces using swab tests, tape and/or bulk tests-- Analysis of all samples conducted by a nationally AIHA/A2LA accredited microbiological laboratory using such methods as incubation, culturing & microscopic examination

Moisture levels tested & hidden moisture problems are identified and evaluated

A two part customized report is developed with findings, conclusions, and recommendations
